Roman Day

With 7 races, Roman displays and free family entertainment tickets this new fixture for 2010 is sure to be very popular.
Gates open at 11.30am and the first Roman activity of the day will be a Chariot Race on the Open Course at 1.30pm, the Devil's Horsemen will be performing their jaw-dropping stunt riding at 5.20pm on the Open Course. There will also be Roman Legionnaires on patrol in the Paddock area throughout the day.
In addition there will be a host of free children's activities on the Open Course throughout the day including Mr Alexander's Travelling Show performances at 11.30am, 12.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.40pm, bouncy castles and the Velcro Olympics.
Cheshire Jets will be on the Open Course from 11.30am, learn how to pass, dribble and shoot like a professional, lots of Jets prizes to be won throughout the day.
