Buying & Delivering Hospitality Badge
To ensure we give our clients the best possible customer service, all hospitality badges will be sent to UK and Northern Ireland addresses via special delivery in 2009. The alternative is to collect your tickets from Chester Racecourse in advance or on race days.
Children
Children aged under 5 eat free of charge, those aged between 5 - 15 are half price on all racedays, in all Hospitality facilities - subject to availaibility.
Disabled Racegoers
Disabled access to all hospitality facilities and restaurants is available.
Car Parking
Car Parking is on the Open Course and only for cars with a car pass. Car passes can be purchased in advance or from pay lane booths on race days. On Sunday Funday only, car parking will be operated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Coach Parking
Coach parking is available on the Little Roodee next to the Racecourse. This is only for coaches with a coach pass. Passes must be purchased in advance from the ticket office. The Little Roodee is a 10-minute walk from the Watergate Square main entrance to the Racecourse. Coaches must not drop off outside the Racecourse.
